Tutorial: text above your ask box
EXAMPLE: go to my personal page, click HERE.
1. First of all, go to Customize > Pages > Add a Page. Put the page URL, you may want to use /message, /mail or /faq. Write the page title.
2. Now, write whatever you want to be above the ask box at the Body part. When you are done, click the HTML button and, in the new window, paste THIS code after everything you wrote. 
Click Save Page and it’s done! Don’t forget to put the FAQ link in your navigation. If your theme supports page links, just check the “Show a link to this page” box.
